The Wooden Canoe at Water Dance neighborhood boasts some of the most luxurious homes in Frisco. A few of the homes are water front, just steps to Lake Dillon, while others are set among trees and have views of the beautiful Rocky Mountains surrounding. All are in an amazing location, close to downtown Frisco and Main Street (a bit less than a mile away), with great shops and restaurants, on the bike path that criss-crosses Summit County, near hiking and biking trails, and right next to the Frisco Adventure Park, where you can nordic ski and inner tube in the winter and mountain bike in the summer. Out of the 55 total lots in the area, only 6 are vacant and the oldest home was built in 1996. Lots range in size from .24 acres to .48 acres, with most being around .3 acres. You truly feel the lake ambiance in the wonderful Wooden Canoe at Water Dance subdivision, and you are still in the center of Summit County and close to all that it has to offer.
