The Mountain Side subdivision is an amazing neighborhood in Frisco. Less than a mile to Main Street with shops and restaurants, right on the bike path and close to a Summit Stage stop, you are definitely in the hub of Summit County with great access to all that it has to offer. This neighborhood also has a newly renovated clubhouse with a pool, hot tub, sauna, racquetball court, tennis court and locker rooms. There are 85 lots in the area, only two of which are vacant. Homes are duplexes or single family homes with lots ranging in size from .09 acres up to .82 acres. The oldest home was built in 1983, and most homes were built in the late 80’s or early 90’s. The Mountain Side subdivision has a tranquil feel, being at the southern edge of Frisco off of Bills Ranch Road, between 5th and 6th Ave at the base of the mountains. Many homes have beautiful views of the surrounding Rocky Mountains, and the area has a creek running through. Pure perfection with town nearby, plenty of privacy and amenities to boot!
