From sailing on Lake Dillon in the summer to skinning and skiing/snowboarding 6 world class resorts all within a 30 minute drive. It’s mountain biking and cross country skiing. It’s farmer’s markets and music festivals. It’s National Geographic speakers and International Film Festivals. It’s Oktoberfest and Still on the Hill. It’s BBQ Challenges and Bacon parties. Don’t forget whitewater rafting, trail running, road biking and so much more - what do you love? We have something here for you, your family and friends.

I also love our proximity to an International airport and cultural centers like the cities of Denver and Boulder. Within 100 miles you can be in a completely different climate - physically and culturally. Or on your way to anywhere in the world. Just be careful to plan your trips around skier and weekend traffic - that can be a bit of a nightmare and a great reason to own a part time residence or permanently relocate to Colorado’s playground.
